Yes. Your data is not used to train AI models (not Anthropic, not OpenAI, not anyone). The AI accesses your CRM only when you ask something, reads what it needs to answer, and the data always stays in your Nevent tenant (EU servers). By design, any action that changes data (creating a segment, scheduling a campaign, sending an email) requires your explicit confirmation before executing. The AI prepares the action and shows you exactly what it will do; you give the final sign-off. For read-only queries there is no risk: the AI might misinterpret the question, but you can always review the answer and rephrase. It's an assistant, not an autopilot.
